FAA thick in the hunt for Turin year-end place

With a fresh Top 10 ranking after winning the weekend Florence title, Felix Auger-Aliassime remains firmly fixed on a place in next month’s ATP Finals in Turin.

The Canadian moved into a solid seventh in the season points chase to the eight-man event in northern Italy.

“Everything is very even. (Andrey) Rublev, (Taylor) Fritz and other players are going to fight until the end to be in Turin.

“I’m going to do my best to achieve it. I want to do everything possible to achieve a goal that excites me.”

FAA is planning a full schedule over the coming weeks to hopefully insure he punches his ticket to Turin, with entries set for this week in Antwerp, next week in Basel and the Paris Bercy Masters.
