Tsitsipas’ long bathroom routines midway through sets annoyed former No.1 Andy Murray and the Greek star is anxious to get fans back onside.
After his first training session at Indian Wells yesterday, Tsitsipas sent a message to all his fans, calling them to come to the event and support him.
The world No. 3 will be the No. 2 seed in the Californian tournament, behind US Open winner Daniil Medvedev.
“Hey everyone. Stefanos here. I’m excited to be back. It’s been a really long time since I’ve been back here,” he wrote own Twitter.
“Please come and support me, show some love – this week, next week, and be here.It is such a beautiful tournament.”
