Japan Today is reporting that Florida based 2014 US Open finalist Kei Nishikori has tested positive for coronavirus for the second time in less than a week.
Posting on social media the current World No. 31 wrote that he will take another test next week,
“I have very minimal symptoms and am staying in full isolation,” he said.
After his initial test he pulled out of the Western and Southern Open that will be played at the US National Tennis Centre in Flushing Meadows starting on Saturday in the run up to the US Open due to start on 31 August.
Nishikori, who would have been seeded for The Open will not be eligible to play the event is he has COVID-19
