Kygrios signs up to become a ninja warrior

Tennis bad boy Nick Kyrgios is to become a digital warrior after announcing he is to join Australian TV network Channel Nine’s hit obstacle course show Australian Ninja Warrior.

The show which erased contestants with a number of tricky challenges, including an underwater obstacle course, will see Kyrgios team up against a number of local celebrities.

Kyrgios turned up Bondi Beach today to show off his talents, at a promotional event at the Bondi Icebergs club.

The club’s famous ocean side pool was drained and turned into a basketball court, where Kyrgios threw some hoops with American basketballer Corey Williams.

The show will broadcast later this year.
