Nadal on crutches after surgery

Rafa Nadal has posted pictures of himself on crutches after undergoing foot surgery that will keep him off her tour until next year.

ā€œI was in Barcelona with my team and medical team to receive a treatment on my foot that will keep me a few days of rest and a few weeks off court. I’m back home now and in the process of recovery,ā€ Nadal said.

The 35-year-old did not play between the French Open and the ATP 500 Washington event, before withdrawing from Toronto through injury.
